Project Summary
Retrofit of a two-story building transforming offices spaces into laboratories. Mechanical installations included install of new utility set exhaust fans (12,000 CFM, 6,000 CFM & 1,000 CFM), semi-custom rooftop package units (105-ton), and boilers skid (2,500 MBH). The base mechanical contract was valued at $2.6MM.
A portion of the office space was later upgraded into a GMP lab space. The added scope included the add of rooftop package units (40-ton & 12.5 ton), utility set exhaust fan (14,500 CFM), and boiler skid (1,500 MBH). Install was performed with all required documentation and testing without delay to schedule.
