Description of Position

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, for our Service Division, you will be responsible for handling the delivery of our services with professionalism and integrity. Your primary responsibilities will be to maintain our existing customer base in San Francisco with a focus on new service business opportunities in the North Bay Area. Our customers and technicians depend on your commitment to quality account management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support assigned key client accounts with repairs, projects, and other service needs.
• Estimate repairs, Service Agreements, and projects
• Provide technical and estimating assistance to others on the Service team.
• Utilize service purchaser and support staff to assist with estimating, purchasing, subcontractor coordination, and job set up/management task
• Actively participate in and promote our safety culture, striving to establish a safe working environment for all WAM employees and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field activities through dispatcher, directly with service technicians, and via construction superintendents
• Provide technical and project management assistance to technicians on assigned accounts
• Other tasks and projects as periodically assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an account/project manager
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC industry, controls and plumbing experience is a plus
• Able to learn and utilize service software platforms
• Outstanding organizational skills and able to manage time appropriately to stay on top of tasks and deadlines
• Critical thinker and strong problem-solving skills
• Able to be a team player and leader, but also work independently
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range $145,000 – $180,000 Plus Bonus
