Project Summary

Retrofit of two buildings in Alameda totaling roughly 120,000 square feet of life science and office space. With a tight schedule and phased construction, this project presented many challenges for the team to tackle. With dedication and teamwork, we were able to turn over beautiful buildings that are highly functional and flexible for future lab expansion by the owner. We utilized highly energy-efficient designs for their chemistry and biology labs, while also implementing robust controls programming and functionality.
