The flexibility of the Estimating Department is one of my favorite aspects - WAM understands the value of work/life balance and while we expect the best from our employees, we understand that sometimes your best needs to happen at non-standard hours because there was a school play to attend or Little League game that needed to be coached earlier in the day.

My goal as a controls engineer is to create comfort in the most energy efficient way. We strive to keep all spaces comfortable using user-friendly controls and implement programming sequences that will save energy and help the environment.

The best part of the job honestly is my team from management to the technicians, it definitely feels like a family, I love being part of the Service Team.
