Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Administer Employee Benefits Programs- maintain portal, track invoices, process enrollments
- Lead Company Recruiting Efforts
- Facilitate Company Job Posting, Interviewing & Hiring
- Execute Hiring Process from Offer Letter generating to getting the new hire onboarded and trained in core company competencies
- Maintain and Update Onboarding Portal & Hiring Documents
- Learn company payroll responsibilities to serve as part of the backup team
- Prepare termination packages & coordinate exit process with Employees and Payroll

- Other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related areas
- 4-7 years experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills to be able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to take initiative & be proactive with tasks
- Comfortable with information gathering and monitoring abilities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent at problem analysis and problem solving
- Outstanding judgment and decision-making ability
- Extensive software skills-Must be knowledgeable with word processing, spreadsheets, etc. (Microsoft Office, Cloud based programs, HR software).
- Capable of working towards and adhering to deadlines by staying organized and through time management
- Able to work independently with little oversight & also be able to work effectively as a team member
- Effective & well rounded communication talents
- Able to follow outlined procedures to stay on track with processes and tasks
- Successful with looking ahead at future tasks to best schedule and manage priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems and/ Payroll systems
Annual Salary Range for this position: $75,000-$95,000
