Hexagon Suite D - Plumbing
Menlo Park, CA
Project Lead: Jesse Vogan

This project included clean dry air, lab vacuum, and plumbing utilities for new lab space, in coordination with CP Construction. Our field team, led by Zach Brower, was tasked to come up with innovative solutions to support our new piping from the existing structure. Zach delivered and the project was a success! Our Project Manager, Kelly Britland, executed another successful Plumbing project and further developed our relationship with the CP / Tarlton team.

Ariat - Plumbing
San Leandro, CA
Project Lead: Jesse Vogan

Phase 1 of our first project with Peacock Construction consisted of 4 floors of Tenant Improvement for Ariat, a “blue collar” clothing company, which is a favorite among our workforce. Rough-in is complete on this phase of the project and our design Engineer, Mario Carranza, has just started working on Phase 2. Phase 2 consists of a large 1st-floor kitchen and café, which WAM Plumbing will be starting upon completion of Phase 1. Shout out to our Foreman, Kevin Asti, and our Project Manager, Kelly Britland, for successfully navigating our team through several design changes.

Big Hat - Plumbing
San Mateo, CA
Project Lead: Jesse Vogan

WAM completed the core & shell at 1900 Alameda De las Pulgas and BigHat’s original tenant improvement work, and thanks to the success of those projects BigHat and XL Construction knew who to call when they wanted to expand to the 4th floor. The 4th-floor project included the reconfiguration of existing lab space and the build-out of a new Cell Culture lab. New utilities included domestic plumbing, clean dry air, lab vacuum, and CO2. Ricardo Neri and Aaron Ibarra oversaw our field team and our Project Manager was Kevin Ng.
