Team Kudos

WAM team members going above and beyond

Congratulations Susie for earning your (ASP) Associate Safety Professional certification this past year. This is a big deal in the Health & Safety field and shows her commitment as a Safety Professional.

Kudos to the entire Controls Team for welcoming their new department leader, Jason Lesser, into the team! You made the transition an easy and effortless one.

“Todd has done an amazing job with the Engineering Department. I’m impressed at how he managed the team through deadlines, especially in December!”

“Kudos to Jamie and Mae for getting the Service billings out. At crunch time, they always get the job done!”

[From a client] Just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to have such a great HVAC company with the best employees all around. From equipment service to project management and all. All the techs do an outstanding job and are very professional and great to work with. Thank you and I really appreciate all of you!

“I just wanted to reiterate what a great WAMer we have in Joe O’Bryan. He led the “Project Execution with the Field” training for PE/PMs this morning and did an awesome job at stating HOW to do things in a WAMer way and why. Joe showed a really good understanding of how to be a good teammate and how to treat our field team with the same respect.

[From a client] Just a note of thanks to you and your amazing crew! The work was done perfectly, on time, and with a professional team. Thank you and compliments.

Shoutout to Catalino, Derek, Matt, and Reynaldo – thanks for doing a great job with the leak check & repairs at 615 Front this week in such a short time crunch and strict requirements.

A huge kudos to Aly Ortega! She is such a positive force in the office. She takes any challenge/project head-on, with a can-do attitude. Even when she is busy, she is always willing to help.

Kudos to Marcus Montoya, as he is currently taking on more projects, is getting used to the WAM way and is doing a great job in communicating the issues and providing solutions. He is an example of our Core Value “Grounded In Care.”

Zach Brower has been consistently given the hard-to-do emergency projects for both the Construction and Service Team at all different hours and he has managed them well! He is showing great potential and is an example of WAM’s Core Value “Dedicated To Teamwork.

A big kudos to our new shop Foreman for the Pipe Fitting side Garrett Bartok. He has stepped in and taken a lead role along with Mike Aurelio, to run the shop’s day-to-day operation in Fabrication. This was relatively hard, as he also had to change his UA Local Union hall, to do this transition and get accepted at another union jurisdiction. He too represents WAMs Core Value of “Dedicated To Teamwork.

Sending a big kudos to Jeannette Funcke for going above and beyond covering for a coworker while they were out!

Big kudos to Kelsey Frame, our Lead Service Dispatcher, “I cannot remember when Dispatch has run so smoothly and the ability to handle the adversity that comes with the position. [She] is always available, helpful and handles all the numerous personalities from management, technicians and clientele with professionalism. We are so lucky.”
