Project Summary
Mispro is a comprehensive tenant improvement initiative for the first floor of a single-story commercial building, tailored to support Mispro Biotech Services. The renovation includes office, laboratory, and vivarium spaces, each designed to meet the operational and regulatory needs of a biotech facility. The mechanical systems are engineered to support specialized environments, including dedicated air handling units and exhaust systems for the lab and vivarium areas. The vivarium is designed as a controlled environment for scientific research. It includes specialized rooms such as quarantine, necropsy, cage wash, and procedure/surgery areas. These areas were designed in collaboration with Mispro to meet their temperature, humidity, ACH, and monitoring system requirements.
