Project Summary

This project featured the installation of rooftop HVAC units with advanced energy-efficient components, including down discharge configurations, economizers, MERV 13 filters, and dual heating options. Integrated DDC controls provided precise system management, while larger units included power exhaust systems for enhanced ventilation.

The scope also included rooftop exhaust fans and gravity vents to support airflow, along with HEPA filtration for cleanroom environments and a full suite of air distribution components. Galvanized ductwork and process chilled water piping were installed to meet SMACNA standards and support specialized facility needs. A Tridium Honeywell DDC system with a web-based interface enabled seamless integration of new and existing equipment.
