Western Allied Mechanical delivered the full plumbing scope for the Las Positas College Academic Support Building, a multi‑facility development featuring three new ground‑up classroom and administrative buildings.
Our team provided complete domestic water, waste, and vent systems; constructed new core restrooms; and installed sump pumps and integrated drainage systems supporting the building’s operational performance. The project included execution of all underground plumbing utilities, precise system routing, and robust coordination with Flint Builders and other trades to navigate finish sequencing, casework installation, and electrical integration requirements.
With a total installed plumbing value of $1.34M, the project successfully reached completion in June 2023, demonstrating Western Allied’s capability to deliver technical, campus‑grade infrastructure with reliability and seamless trade alignment.
