Project Summary

Tenant improvement project that included demolition of existing HVAC system and installation of new ductwork and piping on the floor and new AHU and EFs on the roof to serve the space. The team successfully executed the project and pre-planned all the shutdown. The project required working around adjacent tenant and tenant above. The pre-planning of shutdown and off hours mobilization for noisy work minimized the impact on day-to-day operations. The project was also completed ahead of the schedule.
