Project Summary
Full turnkey HVAC retrofit of rooftop air conditioning unit maintained by Western Allied Mechanical Service division for over 25+ years. The rooftop HVAC equipment was originally replaced by Western Allied Corporation back in 1996. The current project included adding “retrofit style” Variable Air Volume (VAV) slide in dampers and a new Tridium Controls System for tenant VAV with HHW reheat control.
