Project Summary
The 1st floor of 630 Gateway is a conversion from a full floor lab/Vivarium to a half lab/ half shared office. This new space includes process piping to CSP’s, Fume hoods and Incubators. 11 lab sinks, a shared glass wash/autoclave room, shared breakroom and mothers room. We refreshed the core restrooms and shower room.
