Project Summary
Developing a new core-and-shell building within an active campus required creative problem-solving and strategic design. The goal of the 260,000 SF warm shell project was to deliver a highly versatile structure capable of supporting a wide range of tenants—from single occupants to multi-tenant configurations and fast-scaling start-ups. To achieve this, the building was equipped with advanced mechanical systems, including air handling units for supply, a high-efficiency water-cooled central plant, and a high-efficiency boiler heating hot water plant. Additionally, Distech Controls were installed to optimize building performance and energy management. The architecture was designed to complement the existing campus identity while establishing a forward-thinking framework for future growth. We were proud to partner with DES and Tarlton Properties to deliver this LEED Gold-certified project.
