Project Summary
WAM was a dedicated and creative partner responsible for this OSHPD-3 quality control lab and office space for Bayer AG. WAM was responsible for the procurement and installation of AHUs, HEPA filters, lab exhaust fans, HHW skid, heat recovery chillers, CHW/HHW/Plant steam and condensate return pipe trim tied to existing plant piping.
