Project Summary
65,000 SF deign/build lab-office spec suites in parts of two separate existing buildings including the full 3rd floor of building 5 & half of the 1st floor of building 7. Upgrades included 100% outside air rooftop package AC units, lab exhaust fans, condensing boiler plants and new ductwork & piping serving lab & office VAV zones with new ALC controls.
