Project Summary

Existing three story + mezzanine shell building to house a new tenant improvement I-4 adult daycare center P.A.C.E. (program of all inclusive care for the elderly) / primary care clinic. This project will consist of the renovation of 16,028 SF on the first floor and 3,075 SF on the second floor with the construction of the new interior partitions, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
