Project Summary
Mechanical design build for two stories of tenant improvements total of 230,700 SF. Construction of new labs including (3) 100% outside air packaged units, (3) lab exhaust fans, and one new boiler plant. High-density server room chilled water system with air-cooled chiller and (12) server rack rear-door heat exchanger fan units. Additional (2) CRAC (computer room ac) units. Remodel of office space and new fitness center. Remodel commercial kitchen.
