Project Summary
This project is for the new headquarters for a cutting edge molecular diagnostics life science company. This includes an office to lab conversion project including new rooftop HVAC equipment, with new package VAV AC units, lab exhaust fans, HHW boiler plant, and BMS controls system. New supply exhaust ductwork and HHW piping systems were added throughout the spaces.
