Project Summary

Mechanical upgrades for OR 5 and OR 12 at Kaiser Permanente’s 2425 Geary facility. WAM’s scope included new supply and exhaust ductwork, AHU and exhaust equipment, humidification, grilles and diffusers, DDC controls, insulation, TAB, and equipment startup. Additional work included ductwork modifications and rerouting, BIM/scanning, and re-balancing of affected operating room spaces.
