Project Summary
Western Allied Mechanical has supported multiple laboratory tenant improvement projects within the Palo Alto Tech Center (PATC) at 2455 Faber Place, providing mechanical systems for both speculative laboratory space and biotechnology tenant build-outs. These projects contributed to the ongoing evolution of the campus into a flexible, high-performance life science environment capable of supporting changing research and development needs.
Across multiple phases of work, WAM installed and coordinated laboratory HVAC systems and related mechanical infrastructure to support specialized laboratory operations. The most recent project delivered tenant improvements for Gator Bio, building on earlier speculative laboratory work to prepare and adapt research space for occupancy. Through these projects, WAM demonstrated its ability to deliver coordinated mechanical solutions within an active campus while supporting phased development and evolving tenant requirements.
