Project Summary

This project was a 28,000 SF lab tenant improvement for a company that makes animal-free dairy products. The project includes lab spaces with fermentation labs, HPLC/FPLC labs, analytics labs, powder lab, gels lab, and spray dry lab. This project was designed & built to help Perfect Day Foods move from their current warehouse R&D space to a modern/state-of-the-art lab space. This move allowed them to continue to create new products and continue to thrive.
