Project Summary

This Design/Build project was a 22,700 SF ground up single story building, with classrooms and a stunning floor-to-deck window gallery looking over the ocean. Due to the unique climate challenges, no metal could be located outside. We were able to optimize the indoor mechanical space to house all equipment, resulting in a compact footprint. This building is also using geothermal underground piping to provide heating and cooling. This project is LEED Gold, Zero Net Energy Ready, and participated the Saving By Design program.
