Project Summary
HVAC renovation of QMAC and surgery spaces at UCSF’s Parnassus campus. WAM’s scope includes mechanical demolition and safe-off, BIM coordination, reconfiguration of ductwork and hydronic piping, fan coils, cooling coils, VAV systems, fume hood exhaust, DDC controls, insulation, TAB, and commissioning support.
