Project Summary
Design-assist HVAC renovation supporting the Neuro IR equipment replacement at UCSF Moffitt Long Hospital. WAM’s scope includes preconstruction survey and investigation, mechanical demolition and safe-off, installation and modification of air handling and fan coil systems, chilled water piping, supply and exhaust ductwork, grilles and diffusers, Distech controls, seismic bracing, insulation, testing, air balancing, and HCAi/OSHPD-1 inspection support.
