Project Summary
The project scope included a 17,000 sq ft retrofit of former lab and office space as required for a new R&D lab. Plumbing scope included new sanitary waste and vent, domestic water, industrial cold water, gas, and condensate drain piping.
Lab included cGMP ISO 8 dry rooms, with dedicated equipment and ultra high purity piping. Lab / Process scope also included lab waste and vent, Clean Dry Air (CDA), Reverse Osmosis (RO/DI), Nitrogen (N2), Oxygen (O2), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Argon (Ar), Helium (He), and Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) piping and associated equipment.
