2023 Core Value Highlight: Grounded in Care – Pay It Forward
To do something kind or useful for someone because someone else has done something kind or useful for you, is the definition of the expression to “pay it forward.” At Western Allied Mechanical we are showing gratitude for the continued growth of our business by finding new ways to do kind and useful things for others. For the third year in a row now, we select a new employee each month to determine which charity, person or entity, should receive a donation of $500.
Our Pay it Forward donations have supported a variety of programs and many have responded with notes of gratitude. Here is a look at the many wonderful groups we enjoyed recognizing in 2023:

October – Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCCP)
November – Nine Lives Foundation, cat clinic and pet adoption center
December – The Mary Graham Children’s Foundation for Foster Youth
