Project Summary
Full turnkey HVAC retrofit of central rooftop air conditioning system. The buildings’ HVAC system was maintained by WAM Service for over 20+ years and has now undergone a major energy efficiency upgrade. The project included removing an antiquated modular air handling unit with DX cooling and (2) 50ton condensing units. Replaced with custom air handling unit with DX coils and (8) VRF heat pumps. Western Allied Mechanical also installed new Tridium Controls for HVAC System along with custom control sequences bringing the building into the 21st century.
