Project Summary
This design/build project boasts 70,000 square feet of spec lab and office. We provided a new Rooftop packaged unit and exhaust for the lab. For the office area, we reused the existing systems. In addition, there was all new plumbing installed, including restrooms, lab waste, CDA & VAC.
