Yindy’s leadership has been at the forefront of innovation, successfully executing many first-of-a-kind energy-efficient design projects. She spearheads WAM’s commitment to a people first work culture and brings 15+ years of experience in engineering and project management to her credentials. She believes the industry has the opportunity and responsibility to make positive impacts to the environment, one building at a time.
Just for fun: Volunteering in the classroom weekly I get to see my boys in their natural habitat -learning lessons, fostering friendships, and testing out the limits of the playground equipment.

DBIA-WPR 2020 Merit Award for Canada College Science and Tech Project
WAM project, Canada College Science and Technology Building received an "Award of Merit" in the 2020 DBIA-Western Pacific Region awards program. All though the Annual Regional Conference was cancelled, Western Allied still was able to celebrate our Canada College team's achievements.
