Project Summary
Design-Build, ground up 4-story, 172,000SF with atriums and high-end interior finishes. LEED GOLD high energy efficiency designed with pre-cast radiant ceiling planks, radiant floors, all-electric rooftop heat pumps, VRFs and ceiling fans. The night flush design allows to cool off the concrete mass at night, and reduce the chiller usage during peak time the next day. Ceiling Fans are able to blend the cooled air from the pre-cast ceiling planks down to the workspace to create even temperature distribution, unlike the traditional forced-air system to blow air across the space.
